Interning at a hospital
If you are a medical student applying for an internship, the final decision on on our acceptance is in the hands of the hospital Director.
Normally they are very happy to have medical students from other countries. However, they often limit the number of interns at any one time. We do suggest that you apply early.
Once you have requested the application from, you will need to also provide a short CV of you experience (especially related to Medical experience), and also organize a letter form your Dean or another appropriate person at your University/Medical school to state that you are 'A student of good standing'
Once these have been received it normally takes a week for the decision to be made and you to be contacted with the decision. Good luck!
